Joseph J. Pace Jr., President/CEO: is the key ingredient making sure the company is meeting expectations. In 1971 upon graduation from Old Dominion University, Joe, Jr. joined Pace Sales Co. In 1981 he created Target brokerage, dedicated to in-store bakery/deli and private label at wholesale and retail. His aggressive approach is contagious, and as a result can be evidenced throughout the company. Fran Gonzalez, Executive Assistant, Fran handles daily flow of information for Joseph J. Pace, Jr. Fran's varied duties include managing Joe, Jr.'s schedule in and out of the office, organizing manufacturer visits, assisting with office management, organizing projects, assisting sales personnel as needed, assisting Human Resources with employee hiring process, telephone and computer system administrator/computer technical support/liaison with external suppliers, as well as to administer the daily requirements of the department. Pace - Sales/Customer Service/Accounting Assistant, provides clerical support to Joe III in Sales, as well as in the Customer Service and Accounting departments; responsible for purchasing marketing/promotional items for the company, and trade show registration/execution. Nicholas D. Pace, Chief Financial Officer, joined the company upon graduation from Drexel University. He manages rebates and accruals, accounts receivable/payable, product transfer payments, invoice discrepancies (billing/deductions), late payments, trade show billing, promotions, commissions, adjustments, and incentives. Karen De Pasquale, Accounting Manager, assists Nick in accounting. Her responsibilities include preparing and submitting promotional spending requests, executing rebate requests, preparing show and event billing, and managing technical support requests.
